Terms of Service

Quant Mec Technologies · SSM 202603082822 003836548H · Selangor, Malaysia

Effective 29 October 2026

1. Who these terms are between, and who sells to you

These terms are between Quant Mec Technologies (“we”, “us”) and the business that holds the account (“you”).

Agreeing to them. You accept these terms, and the documents they incorporate, when you tick the acceptance box at sign-up, and you accept them again by continuing to use the service. They apply whether you are on a paid plan or the free tier, and they apply to anyone you allow to use the service through your account. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE SERVICE AND MUST STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY.

You buy from us. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your contract for that subscription is with Quant Mec Technologies. We are the seller.

How payment is taken. We use Stripe to process payments, to hold your payment method securely, and to run the billing portal where you manage your subscription. Stripe is our payment processor, not the seller — it takes payment on our behalf and never becomes a party to your subscription. We do not receive or store your card number at any point.

Using the billing portal means you are also using Stripe’s service, and Stripe’s own terms apply between you and Stripe for that. How Stripe handles payment data as a business in its own right is set out in its privacy policy. Everything about the software, your subscription, the data processing and the AI services is governed by these terms.

2. Business use only

The service is offered to businesses, not to consumers. By subscribing you confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer, and that you are authorised to bind the business you are subscribing for.

Consumer protection rules that apply to individual purchasers, including statutory cooling-off and withdrawal rights, do not apply to a business subscription.

3. Where we offer the service

We offer the service worldwide except where we say otherwise. We do not offer it to, and you may not use it from or on behalf of a business established in:

  • the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. We have chosen not to serve those territories for the time being. It is not a judgement about them — it is that serving them properly requires compliance work we would rather complete before taking a customer’s money than afterwards. We expect to open them later and will say so here when we do;
  • any country subject to sanctions or trade restrictions that apply to us under Malaysian law.

You confirm on sign-up that you are not established in any of these. We may block access by location and may end an account that we find is in one, refunding the unused part of any period already paid for.

If you are in one of these territories and want to use the service, write to support@quantmec.com and we will tell you where we have got to.

4. Your account, and your right to use the service

The account belongs to the business, not to the person who created it. Where your plan allows more than one user:

  • you are responsible for everyone you allow in, and their acts and omissions are yours;
  • you must appoint at least one administrator;
  • you must remove a person’s access when they leave your business or no longer need it.

You must keep credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

What belongs to us. We own, or are licensed to use, everything that makes up the service — the source code, the databases, the models and prompts we have built, the interface, the designs, the text, the graphics, and the Quant Mec and product names, logos and marks. These are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws in Malaysia and elsewhere. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you, and we reserve all rights not expressly granted below.

Outside what these terms permit, or what we agree to in writing, none of it is yours to take: not to reuse, not to rebuild from, not to put your name on, not to sell on, and not to strip of the notices that mark it as ours. Being a customer gives you no right to use our name, our logo or our marks.

Your licence. Subject to these terms and to your payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the service for your own internal business purposes for as long as your subscription is active. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not use the service in a way that damages its functionality or availability to others.

5. Your data, and what the AI may do with it

This is the rule the whole platform is built on:

The AI agent does not own the data. You own and control your data, and the agent receives only the minimum authorised context necessary to perform its task.

In practice:

  • You keep ownership of everything you put into the service (“Input”) and everything it produces from your data (“Output”). Together these are “Your Content”. We claim no ownership by storing or processing it.
  • We process your data only to provide the service to you, and on your instructions. Our role and yours are set out in the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
  • Your data is never used to train any AI model — not by us, and not by the AI provider we use, which is contractually barred from training on it. This is not a setting that can be switched on.
  • The AI provider holds the content of a request only briefly in order to answer it and for the limited further purposes described in our Privacy Policy. It does not keep your data for its own use.
  • An agent sees only what its task requires. It does not get unrestricted access to your account, your database, your documents or your people, and it never reaches another customer’s data.
  • You may export your data in a machine-readable format at any time while your subscription is active.

Your responsibility for Input. You are responsible for everything you submit. You confirm that you own or hold sufficient rights to the Input, that you have a lawful basis to put it into the service, that you have given any notices and obtained any consents required from the people it concerns, and that the Input is accurate, appropriate and lawful.

Output is not guaranteed to be unique, or protectable. Two customers asking similar questions may get similar answers back. That is how these systems behave and it is not a fault. We make no promise that any Output qualifies for copyright or any other intellectual property protection in any country, and you should not build a position that depends on it doing so.

Exporting to other services. Where we provide a tool that lets you send Your Content to a third party or a third-party service, using that tool is your instruction to transfer it. We are not responsible for what the receiving party does with it afterwards.

6. What you may not do

You may not:

  • use the service to break the law, or to help anyone else do so;
  • upload content you have no right to upload, or personal data you have no lawful basis to share with us;
  • attempt to access another customer’s data, or to defeat the controls that keep accounts apart;
  • attempt to extract our system instructions, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • place instructions inside uploaded content intended to make an agent act outside its permissions;
  • resell, sublicense or share your access outside the users your plan allows;
  • put an unreasonable load on the service, or circumvent any limit, quota or rate control;
  • reach the service through anything other than the interface we provide — a bot, a scraper, a headless browser — or harvest what it returns in order to assemble your own dataset or directory from it;
  • switch off, get around or tamper with anything we have put in place to keep the service secure, or go looking for weaknesses in it without asking us first in writing;
  • sign in as someone else, borrow another person’s credentials, or hold yourself out as a person or business you are not.

7. What the service is, and is not

The service produces analysis, projections, comparisons and recommendations from the figures and information you provide. It is decision support. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement.

We do not hold a licence to carry on any regulated financial activity. The service does not execute trades, hold client money, deal in securities, or arrange any investment. You must not use it as though it did.

Nothing in the service, on our website, or in anything either produces creates a professional relationship between us. Where a question needs a lawyer, an accountant, a tax adviser or another qualified professional, consult one. What we publish is information and opinion, and it is no substitute for advice from someone who knows your situation and is answerable for it.

Where a decision matters — anything affecting a person’s employment, a material financial commitment, or a legal position — a competent human must review the Output before you act on it. You are responsible for the decisions you take.

7.1 Third-party AI

The products are built on AI models supplied by Anthropic. We are not the provider of those models and we do not control them. We are not responsible for a model being unavailable, changing, slowing down, or producing a particular answer, nor for anything you decide on the basis of an answer. This does not affect our obligations in the Data Processing Agreement, where we remain answerable for how our providers handle your data.

7.2 You are working with an AI system

You are working with an AI system. The products answer using AI models, which work by prediction rather than calculation from fixed rules. The same question can produce a differently worded answer, and a confident answer can still be wrong. Review every output before you rely on it, and judge it against what you know about your own business.

AI and machine learning move quickly, and the products change as they do. In using the service you accept that an AI system, not a person, is answering you; that a system working by prediction can misread a question, leave something out, or state something that is simply wrong; and that, to the fullest extent the law allows, we do not carry responsibility for what a model misunderstands or gets wrong.

7.3 Your part in using Output

Output is a draft for you to check, not a conclusion to act on unread. Using the service commits you to four things.

  • Read it. Every Output gets your own review before it informs anything.
  • Judge it. Weigh it against what you know about your business, your figures and your market. We cannot do that for you.
  • Approve it. Nothing the service produces reaches a colleague, a customer or a decision unless you put it there.
  • Own the decision. Where you act, decline to act, or act differently because of an Output, that choice and its consequences are yours.

7.4 We are independent, and we are not paid by anyone we name

Where a product names, compares, scores or recommends a third-party vendor, tool or service:

  • We receive no compensation of any kind from any vendor named in any output. We hold no affiliate arrangement, referral agreement, commission arrangement, revenue share or sponsorship with any vendor the service may name, and no vendor can buy placement, improve its position, or have itself included or excluded.
  • The service is funded solely by the subscription fees our own customers pay us.
  • Naming a vendor is descriptive only. It does not mean we endorse, certify, partner with, resell or have any relationship with that vendor, and it does not mean the vendor endorses us. All third-party names, marks and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the product being described.

If this ever changes, we will say so prominently in the product and in these terms before it takes effect.

7.5 Where output describes third-party products

Some products research publicly available information and report what they find about third-party tools and services. For those outputs:

  • Information about a third party is gathered from public sources at the time the report is produced, and we cite the source and the date for material claims so that you can check them.
  • Prices, features, availability and terms change without notice, and many vendors do not publish pricing at all. We do not warrant that any such information is current, complete or correct, and we do not independently audit vendors.
  • Where we could not confirm something from the vendor’s own published material, the report says so. Treat anything marked as reported or unconfirmed as a lead to verify, not as a fact.
  • Confirm anything that matters directly with the vendor before you commit money or sign anything. We are not responsible for a purchasing decision you take on the basis of an output, or for any third-party product’s performance, pricing, security or conduct.
  • Views expressed about the suitability of a tool are opinion formed from the sources cited, offered to inform your own assessment.

If you believe an output has described your product inaccurately, write to support@quantmec.com and we will review it against the sources we retrieved and correct the record where it is wrong.

7.6 Links to other websites

The products, our reports and our website contain links to sites we do not own or control. A link is there so you can check a source or reach a vendor directly. It is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a statement that we have reviewed what is on the other side.

Once you follow a link you have left our service. That site’s own terms and privacy policy govern what happens there, not ours, and we have no control over its content, its accuracy, its availability, its security, or what it does with any information you give it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any of that, or for any loss arising from your use of a linked site. That extends to anything you receive from a linked site — a file, a message, a cookie, a script or anything else — and to whatever it does once you have it.

Links are checked when a report is produced and not afterwards. Pages move, change and disappear. If a link is broken or points somewhere it should not, tell us at support@quantmec.com.

7.7 Our own website and written material

Some of what we publish — pages on our website, articles, documentation, images and other material — is written or drafted with the help of AI tools. We review it before publishing, but review is not proof, and errors and omissions can survive it. Treat what we publish as information to check rather than fact to rely on, and tell us at support@quantmec.com if you find something wrong.

8. Subscription terms, renewal and price

Your term. Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription runs for one month from the day your first payment is taken. That first month is your initial term. Each month after it is a renewal term, charged on the same day of the month.

It renews by itself. At the end of your initial term, and at the end of every renewal term after it, your subscription renews automatically for another month and we charge the then-current price to the payment method on file through Stripe. This happens without us asking you to confirm it, and it keeps happening until you cancel or we end the subscription under clause 11.

How to stop a renewal. Cancel before your current term ends, and do it at least 24 hours before the renewal date, so that the instruction is processed before the charge is raised. Cancelling takes effect immediately as an instruction — see clause 9 — but it is the timing relative to your renewal date that decides whether the next charge happens.

A worked example. Say you subscribe on 3 March. Your initial term runs to 2 April and the renewal would be charged on 3 April. To avoid that charge, cancel by 2 April. If you cancel on 4 April instead, the April charge stands, your subscription runs to 2 May, and nothing is charged after that.

What cancelling does, and does not do. It stops the next charge. It does not refund the term you are already in. You keep full access for the whole period you have paid for, and the account moves to the Free tier when that period ends.

New products. If we launch a new product, existing subscribers get access according to their plan at no additional charge, unless we launch it as a separately priced add-on, in which case we will tell you before it applies to you.

Changing your plan. You can move between paid plans at any time from the billing portal. A change takes effect immediately, not at your next renewal, and your renewal date does not move.

  • Moving up. We charge the difference for the remainder of the current month straight away, worked out from the days left in it. The charge appears as a separate invoice at the time you make the change, not at your next renewal.
  • Moving down. We credit the unused part of what you have already paid. That credit is set against your next invoice rather than returned to your card — clause 9 explains why fees for a period already under way are not refunded in cash.

Free plans. Some products have a free tier, which is not a trial — it does not expire and it does not turn into a paid plan by itself. Moving from a free tier to a paid plan starts a new monthly term on the day you subscribe, with nothing prorated, because nothing has been charged up to that point. Moving from a paid plan down to a free tier is a cancellation and clause 9 governs it: you keep paid access to the end of the period you have paid for, and the account moves to the free tier when that period ends.

Price changes. We may change prices on at least 30 days’ written notice by email. A change takes effect at your next renewal term after the notice. If you do not accept it, cancel before that renewal date and you will not be charged the new price.

Errors. Prices, plan descriptions and other information on our website and in the service are occasionally wrong — a typo, a stale figure, an omission. We may correct any such error at any time without notice, including after you have placed an order. Where a price was obviously wrong and you have already been charged, we will either honour the correct price with your agreement or cancel the order and refund you in full; we will not hold you to a price you did not intend to accept.

Currency and tax. Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) and are exclusive of tax. Where we are required to charge sales tax, VAT, GST, service tax or an equivalent on your subscription, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

Because you are subscribing as a business, tax may be your responsibility rather than ours in your country. You are responsible for any tax, duty or withholding your own jurisdiction imposes on your purchase, and for telling us any tax registration number we need in order to invoice you correctly.

9. Cancelling, and what happens next

You may cancel at any time from Manage subscription on your Account page, which opens the secure billing portal hosted by Stripe, already signed in as you. You can also update your payment method and download past invoices there. There is no cancellation fee and you do not have to tell us why.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • You keep full access until then.
  • After that your account returns to the Free tier. It is not deleted.
  • Fees already charged for the current period are not refunded, except as set out below.
  • You can subscribe again at any time.

To avoid the next charge, mind the deadline in clause 8 — cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancelling after a renewal has been charged stops the following renewal, not the one just taken.

Refunds. Except where this agreement or applicable law says otherwise, fees are final and non-refundable once the billing period has begun, because the cost of serving your account is incurred as you use it. We will refund:

  • billing errors and duplicate charges;
  • the unused part of a period where we end your access for a reason other than a deliberate breach by you (clause 11);
  • the unused part of a period where you terminate because we could not accommodate a reasonable sub-processor objection (Data Processing Agreement, clause 9).

A credit from moving to a lower plan is not a refund. It reduces your next invoice, as clause 8 describes, and it is not paid back to your card.

We may turn down a refund request where we have limited, paused or closed the account over a breach of these terms, abuse or fraud; where the same service has already been refunded once; or where the request arrives after the period above has passed. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, and the time to arrive depends on your card issuer or bank.

10. Failed payment

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we will notify you. During that retry period:

  • you keep read access — you can sign in, open your past analyses, and download reports you have already generated;
  • you cannot run new analyses or start new AI work.

This is deliberate. Reading back work you have paid for is yours. Generating new work costs us money on every request, and we do not carry that cost on an unpaid account.

If the amount is still outstanding 14 days after we tell you, we may suspend or end your access under clause 11.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if:

  • you fail to pay and the amount is still outstanding 14 days after we tell you;
  • you breach these terms and, where the breach can be fixed, you have not fixed it within 14 days of us telling you;
  • we reasonably believe your use puts the service, other customers or us at risk, in which case we may act immediately and will tell you as soon as we can;
  • we are required to by law.

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling.

If we end your access for a reason other than a deliberate breach by you, we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for. Refunds are issued through Stripe.

On termination you keep the right to export your data for 30 days. After that, deletion follows our Privacy Policy and clause 10 of the Data Processing Agreement.

12. Availability and support

Self-serve plans are provided without an availability commitment. We do not promise a particular uptime percentage, and we do not offer service credits on these plans. We aim to keep the service running and to fix problems promptly, and that is the extent of it.

Enterprise availability targets, service credits and support response times, where offered, are set out in the signed order form for that customer and not in these terms. We would rather agree a target with you that we can meet than publish one we cannot.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what your plan gives you, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand and you may cancel without further charge.

13. Confidentiality

Each of us may learn confidential information of the other. Each of us will keep it confidential, use it only for this agreement, and protect it at least as carefully as our own. This does not cover information that is public through no fault of the receiver, was already known, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law — and where the law requires disclosure, the receiver will tell the other first if it is permitted to.

14. Warranties and disclaimer

We warrant that we will provide the service with reasonable skill and care.

BEYOND THAT, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITH ALL FAULTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN PARTICULAR, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
  • YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE;
  • ANY OUTPUT, RESULT OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT OR RELIABLE;
  • ANY INFORMATION REPORTED ABOUT A THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR VENDOR IS CURRENT, COMPLETE OR CORRECT.

WE DO NOT PROMISE AN OUTCOME. WHAT THE SERVICE IS WORTH TO YOU DEPENDS ON YOUR OWN CIRCUMSTANCES, THE QUALITY OF WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT, AND WHAT YOU DECIDE TO DO WITH WHAT COMES BACK — NONE OF WHICH WE CONTROL. TWO BUSINESSES ACTING ON SIMILAR OUTPUT CAN END UP IN VERY DIFFERENT PLACES, AND THE FACT THAT SOMETHING WORKED FOR ONE OF THEM IS NOT A PREDICTION ABOUT YOU. YOU USE THE SERVICE, AND ANYTHING IT PRODUCES, AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

THE MODELS BEHIND THE SERVICE BELONG TO SOMEONE ELSE. WE PASS THEIR OUTPUT ON TO YOU; WE DO NOT BUILD, HOST, TUNE OR CONTROL THEM. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE CARRY NO LIABILITY FOR HOW SUCH A MODEL RUNS, WHETHER IT IS AVAILABLE, HOW IT IS SECURED, WHAT ITS PROVIDER DOES OR FAILS TO DO, WHAT IT GENERATES, OR WHAT YOU DECIDE ONCE YOU HAVE READ IT.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits either party’s liability to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.

Subject to the foregoing:

(a) NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR OTHERWISE;

(b) QUANT MEC TECHNOLOGIES’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID OR PAYABLE BY YOU TO QUANT MEC TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; AND

(c) THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN THIS CLAUSE APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL BASIS OF THE CLAIM, APPLY EVEN IF A PARTY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE LOSS, APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, AND ARE INTENDED TO REFLECT THE NATURE OF THE SERVICE, THE FEES CHARGED AND THE ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

16. What the cap does not cover

THE CAP IN CLAUSE 15(b) IS A SINGLE AGGREGATE CAP COVERING ALL CLAIMS OF EVERY KIND, HOWEVER ARISING, WITH TWO EXCEPTIONS.

(a) IT DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR OBLIGATION TO PAY FEES PROPERLY DUE.

(b) IT DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR INDEMNITY UNDER CLAUSE 17.

NO OTHER CLAIM SITS OUTSIDE THE CAP AND NO CLAIM CARRIES A HIGHER ONE. IN PARTICULAR, A CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR BREACH OF CLAUSE 13 (CONFIDENTIALITY), FROM A PERSONAL DATA BREACH, OR FROM AN ALLEGATION THAT THE SERVICE INFRINGES A THIRD PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IS SUBJECT TO THE SAME CAP AS ANY OTHER CLAIM. THE DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT DOES NOT CREATE AN ADDITIONAL CAP OR AN ADDITIONAL CLAIM.

17. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of clause 6, from content you upload that you had no right to upload, or from your use of the Output in a way clause 7 tells you not to.

18. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For a material change we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and will say what changed. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.

Every version carries a revision date, and we keep the previous version available on request.

19. Law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes a right you may have under the mandatory law of the country in which you are established to bring proceedings there, or the protection of any mandatory rule of that law that applies to you despite this choice.

Before starting proceedings, each of us will give the other written notice of the dispute and 30 days to resolve it in good faith.

20. General

  • Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement and the Sub-processor list are the whole agreement between us on this subject, and each of them forms part of it whether or not it was linked at the point you agreed. Summaries of these terms shown elsewhere — on our pricing page, for instance — are for convenience; where a summary and these terms differ, these terms apply.
  • No assignment. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent, which we will not withhold unreasonably. We may assign it to a successor to our business.
  • Severability. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a right once does not waive it.
  • No third party rights. Nobody other than you and us may enforce this agreement.
  • We are not in business together. This agreement makes you our customer and nothing more. It does not make either of us the other’s partner, agent, employee or co-venturer, and neither of us can commit the other to anything.
  • Events outside our control. We are not liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by something outside our reasonable control, including a failure of a provider we depend on, a network or power failure, an act of government, or a natural event. If such an event continues for more than 30 days and prevents us from providing the service, either of us may end the subscription and we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
  • Agreeing electronically. You agree that ticking a box, clicking to accept, or continuing to use the service after notice are valid ways to enter into and vary this agreement, and that notices, disclosures and records we provide to you by email or in the service satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. You waive any right to require a handwritten signature or a paper record.
  • Drafting. These terms are not to be read against us merely because we drafted them.
