All plan prices are shown in MYR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are subject to change — we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change applies to you.
You can cancel at any time from your Account page, where Manage subscription opens the secure billing portal hosted by our payment provider, Stripe, already signed in as you. You can also update your payment method and download past invoices there, and you will be returned to your account when you are done.
To avoid the next monthly charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep full access until then, and your account returns to the Free tier. Fees already charged for the current period are not refunded, apart from the limited cases set out in our Terms of Service — billing errors, duplicate charges, and the unused part of a period if we end your access.
